ZAC Foundation Teams Up With the Salvation Army Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Houston to Teach Kids Water Safety

This year, 40 children have died from drowning in Texas alone. The ZAC Foundation and the Boys & Girls Clubs are working to address that statistic. In June, The ZAC Foundation partnered with The Salvation Army Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Houston to teach 100 children how to be safer in the water. The four-day ZAC Camp equipped campers with life-saving water safety tools, while local first responders reinforced other important safety skills.
